General

We respect your personal data and ensure that the personal information provided to us or otherwise obtained is treated confidentially. Personal data is all information about a person. Data that indirectly say something about someone is also personal data. The following is an implementation of the information obligation laid down in the GDPR to the persons of whom we process personal data.

Legal secrecy and right of non-disclosure

Information and documents that you provide to us to assess your content, to process it or to provide services are used by us exclusively for that purpose. Your account
Certain parts of our legal webshop require you to register first. We can also give you access to our online customer portal if you wish. You must then provide information about yourself and choose a username. We create an account with which you can log in with that username and a password of your choice.

For this we use your name and address details, telephone number, email address, date of birth, billing address and gender. We need this because of the services we provide on your request. We keep this information for the legal retention period that applies to us.

Website visit
We keep usage data from our legal webshop and website for statistical purposes. The personal data collected in this way are in principle anonymous and are not sold by us to third parties.

In order to increase the ease of use of our legal webshop and website, we use so-called cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer, tablet or smartphone during your visit to our website. You can refuse the use of these cookies at any time, although this may limit the functionality and ease of use of the website.

Statistics and profiling
We keep statistics on the use of our legal webshop and website. With these statistics we improve our legal webshop and website to show only relevant information, for example.

Contact Form
With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your name and address details, email address, telephone number and gender. We need this because we can process your request and to provide you with targeted information and offers. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and up to six months afterwards. This way we can easily access the information for follow-up questions. We can also train our customer service to become even better. We store certain customer data if there is a legal retention obligation.

Newsletter
You can subscribe to our newsletter. You will also receive our newsletter if we have provided services for you. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. To send our newsletters, we use Mailplus (located within the EU), with whom we have concluded a processor agreement that complies with the GDPR. We only use your first name, last name and email address to send this newsletter. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can also report this via your account or by email. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data is stored for up to three months after you have canceled the subscription.

Advertisement
We would like to send you advertisements about offers and new products or services. We do this by email and via social media.

You can object to this advertisement at any time. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option. You can also report this via your account or by email.

Provision to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the partners mentioned above, we do not give your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, unless we are legally obliged to do so.

Applicable law
